In my opinion, these websites are not worth your time or ask for too much personal information. Please note that this is not the same thing as claiming that the website is a scam.
Hits4pay.com - Asks for SSN, for tax purposes. Most of what I have read indicates that it is legit, but I did not wish to disclose my Social Security number. PTC Investigations indicates that they trust it. Use your best judgement.
DealsnCash.com - Asks for SSN, for tax purposes. Most of what I've read indicates that it is legit, but I did not wish to disclose my Social Security number. PTC Investigations indicates that they trust it. Use your best judgement.
GamingLagoon.com - Declines almost all attempted Offers.
